To qualify for the member tiers:

Silver - once you have spent $200 with us
Gold - $500
Platinum - $1000

For every $1 you spend with us, you get 1 point

Silver - 3 points
Gold - 4 points
Platinum 5 points

You can redeem a $10 voucher for 1000 points, which can be used at the merchants on our Rewards Merchants page.

To redeem your voucher:

1. Click on the red “Rewards” tab
2. Log in to your account or create a store account for first time users
3. Under “Get Rewards”, click “REDEEM” on Providog Rewards $10 voucher
4. Follow the steps to checkout. The discount code will be automatically applied in the later stages of the Checkout process
5. Complete your order and receive an email notification
6. We will then send you a physical voucher which you can use at various merchants
